Affiliated with the University of Southern Denmark, OUH integrates clinical care with advanced medical research. The hospital conducts extensive multidisciplinary research in areas such as oncology, cardiology, and neurology, aiming to translate scientific discoveries into improved patient treatments. OUH’s state-of-the-art facilities and collaboration with academic and industry partners foster a dynamic research environment. This commitment to R&D ensures that cutting-edge medical innovations are rapidly incorporated into patient care, enhancing the hospital’s ability to deliver advanced, evidence-based treatments.

In EDiHTA, Odense University Hospital will play a crucial role in designing the EDiHTA framework, specifically analysing decision-makers’ needs and requirements. In WP4, OUH will closely collaborate with the EDiHTA partners for the EDiHTA framework development, leading the organisational aspect as well as the Stakeholder co-creation of the EDiHTA framework. OUH will further contribute to piloting, evaluating, and finalizing the EDiHTA framework.
