The EDiHTA project will be featured at the upcoming European Patients’ Forum (EPF) Congress 2025, taking place on 26–27 November 2025 in Brussels — the leading European event dedicated to patients and patient leadership.
On 26 November, Alexis Strader, Director of Policy and Research at the European Health Management Association (EHMA), will present EDiHTA’s work through a poster presentation focused on developing a European framework for the ethical assessment of digital health technologies.
By integrating patient perspectives into digital health evaluation, EDiHTA aims to ensure that innovation in healthcare remains fair, transparent and centred on people’s needs. The project contributes to shaping a more inclusive and ethically grounded approach to health technology assessment across Europe.
The EPF Congress provides an important platform for connecting patients, policymakers, researchers and industry representatives, fostering dialogue on how patient-centred preparedness can strengthen resilience, equity and trust in European healthcare systems.
